opportunities to use their wisdom, gifts and
skills to serve in ministry of their local
church. It also provides ways to be involved
in their community. It will allow them outlets
to connect with each other on a social level
and fellowship with other churches.

Wayne Smith: A Life of Faith and Service
Wayne Smith is a dedicated servant of God with over 60 years of evangelism experience. He has served in various ministries, including Director of Bus, Children’s, and Youth Ministries, and has been a pastor for over 35 years.
Ordained with the United Pentecostal Church International (UPCI) for 45 years, Wayne has made a significant impact in Jail and Nursing Home Ministries, serving as the Kentucky District Jail Ministry Coordinator for six years. He has also helped launch several mission churches.
In retirement, Wayne continues to serve in nursing homes and jails, setting up prayer stations on Saturdays for those in need.
His greatest pride is his family-he is a loving father to five children and a doting grandfather to 12 grandchildren and Wazzee of 11 who adore him. His commitment to family and friends remains his top priority.

Joyce Smith
Dedicated to serving for over 60 years in ministry, Joyce has a rich background in children’s ministry, ladies’ ministry, and as a Christian school administrator. For 35 years, she has supported her husband in pastoral ministry, teaching Bible studies to new converts along the way. A devoted woman of faith, Joyce loves God and people deeply. As a proud mother of four, grandmother of twelve, and great-grandmother of eleven, her family is her joy and blessing.
